 Beware: Mad kids on the loose !

Alert ! Beware ! Mad, insane, wild, out of control kids on the loose !
I know you might be thinking that I am the crazy one, for writing such alarming words, specially concerning children. But after you read this article, I think you'll agree.
Many of you know that this generation is getting out of control. But I'll share some of these starling news with you, so you can see what I mean.

You should not let kids see these videos, they are very violent. The less garbage you put in you kid's brain the better.



I was shocked, when I saw this video.  Here you can see a 9 year old kid in a day care, brutally kicking a little girl. He also punches a little girl in the face, and also chokes her. A very incredible video of this very aggressive kid all caught on camera. 

This video shows two 15-year-old bullies torturing a little 10-year-old boy in the back of a school bus. That is really bad, but guess what ? The boy is a special needs student ! They physically abuse him and even hold a very hot cigarette lighter against his skin. 

In this astonishing report, 3 teens play a "game". You know what's it called ? It is called "Pick 'Em Out and Knock 'Em Out," according to prosecutors, it's quick, violent and comes with just a few rules: Select an unsuspecting random victim in public and knock him out. Robbery is optional.
One guy punches the 62 year old man in the jaw, the poor man falls hitting the back of his head on the concrete. All three left laughing with $60. The victim died next day in the hospital.
Chicago tribune reports: "It appears the motive is — in part — money, but some of those arrested have also indicated they see this as entertainment,"

Teenager arrested after a 4 year old girl is knocked out by brick because her father asked the gang to stop kicking football at his van. The daily mail reported : "She was treated for a broken nose, two broken front teeth, and dozens of cuts and bruises."

In this video you can see a 68 year old widow brought to tears enduring vicious bullying while watching over students on a bus ride home.  In the disturbing video, the children can be heard yelling at Klein, calling her an "ugly fat bleep" and telling the widow, "you don't have a family because they all killed themselves because they don't want to be near you."

In another different kind of news, you find this : "A teenager in Taiwan collapsed and died Sunday morning after playing Diablo III for 40 consecutive hours without eating, according to the United Daily News." (Gameinformer.com) And many similar cases around the world.

This one is also very alarming. Parents are outraged after nearly two dozen 5th graders were caught playing a game called "rape tag," In the game, children "tag" each other by grabbing other students' private parts. The rules are : " if you are "it", you are the rapist. Instead of saying "you're it", you say "Rape," and you get points for touching people on certain body parts."

And a very, very sad incident is the recent well known mass shooting of James Holmes. Where 12 people died and at least 50 were injured, show exactly the terrible condition of this generation.
(even though there is a lot to be analyzed here, there are eye-witnesses that have interesting testimonies)


Now, can you see that my warning against these out-of-control kids, is not an exaggeration ? Your kids and even you can be a victim of kids like these.
And the problem is not only violence and sexual misconduct. I read an article posted earlier this week by 'The American dream', which I think is pretty much right on target.
 
-What in the world has happened to the children of America?
All over the United States kids are acting like half-crazed monsters, but most people seem to think that this is “normal”. American kids today are selfish, self-centered, sadistic, cruel, disrespectful, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, boastful, unforgiving, incredibly brutal and they possess very little self-control whatsoever. They feel entitled to everything, but they don’t want to work for any of it. They are absolutely addicted to entertainment, and they know very little about self-sacrifice. Disciplining children is not considered to be “politically correct” in America today, and with each passing year these little hellions get even worse. So what in the world is our country going to look like when all of these out of control kids grow up?- The American Dream

I guess this quote about the condition of this generation is very appropriate at this time :  "If America doesn't experience God's judgement soon, God will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah." - Billy Graham. And he said that many years ago. Things are worst today as you can see.


But, why ?.. Why do these kids behave like this ? What are the reasons ? I think we could come out with many reasons. But let me just go ahead and tell you that there are basically two reasons.
One is, parents. Parents who willingly or unwillingly neglect the upbringing of their kids.
And the other reason is, of course, the devil.  We all very well know that he is trying to do whatever he can, to destroy our kids, our families, our society, humanity. And for that, he has many tools, snares, and we have to be very careful. Here is where we can name many of these snares, traps that the devil sets up in order to make us and our kids fall. For example, entertainment of course, like TV, movies, music, video games.
When I was a kid, we used to play outside. We used to play soccer, softball, hide and seek, tag (not rape tag), fly a kite, climb a tree, ride a bike, etc. Now kids prefer an "electronic life" instead of a real one. A movie, over a book. On the report from 'The American Dream' there are studies that show how intellectually deficient is the average kid today, knowing very little about history, geography or even basic questions, as this video also shows.
Also, bad influence is another factor. The friends of our kids can change their lives, for good or for evil. And that is a big one . That is why I titled my article with a "red alert" warning. That is my biggest concern. This behavior can be contagious. We can try to supervise what they watch and listen to. But how do we know who they hang out with at school ? That is harder to control. I think we can all agree that it is harder to be a parent today than it was before.

But enough of that, now I want to share with you the good news. And as a follower of Christ, we all know that always, the solution is Jesus !
And if you are thinking, how ? How is Jesus the solution to everything ? Well, let me tell you that He certainly is the solution for this drama and for every problem out there.
Even though Jesus is in heaven now, He is also here on earth, in a book, the bible. Just as we are here on earth, we are also in heaven, in a book, the book of life :)   We talk to Jesus when we pray, and He talks to us when we read His word, the bible. Specially when we ask the Holy Spirit to guide us as we read. So the solution is in the holy bible, the word of God.
So we shouldn't be surprised, because Jesus told us that in the last days these things would happen,
2 Timothy 3:1-6  1 But know this, that in the last days grievous times will be upon us.
2  For men will be lovers of themselves, money-lovers, braggarts, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3  without natural feeling, unyielding, slanderers, without self-control, savage, haters of good,
4  betrayers, reckless, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5  having a form of godliness, but denying the power of it; even turn away from these.

6  For of these are those creeping into houses and leading silly women captive, the ones having been
This is exactly what we have just seen in the news reports that I shared with you. The terrible condition of our generation is just fulfillment of prophecy.

So what is Jesus' advice ? Does God tell us how to educate our children ?

Discipline is something that today is not very "popular" or "politically correct". Remember that in a previous article I shared a report where a pastor went to jail for preaching about it, Well, let's see what the holy bible says about this.
Proverbs 22:6 Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.
Deuteronomy 11:1 Love the Lord your God and keep his requirements, his decrees, his laws and his commands always. 19 Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
Proverbs 13:24 He who spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is careful to discipline him.
Proverbs 23:13 Do not withhold discipline from a child; if you punish him with the rod, he will not die.
Proverbs 29:17 Discipline your son, and he will give you peace; he will bring delight to your soul.
Very clear, no need to add anything else, take this divine advices.

And the bible even has advices for the little ones.
Ephesians 6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
Colossians 3:20 Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.
Proverbs 23:22 Listen to your father, who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old.
Proverbs 6:20 My son, keep your father's commands and do not forsake your mother's teaching.
Proverbs 15:20 A wise son brings joy to his father, but a foolish man despises his mother.
Exodus 20:12 "Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
See how God has something for everybody ? See how Jesus is always the answer ? If parents and children would obey these teaching the world would be a better place today, but the rejection of our God in this nation and the world has brought all these evil to this generation. But we can make a difference, starting with our own families our own children, so when they grow up, they will be men and women with the right principals and values and filled with the knowledge and love of God.

But another big solution to the problem of our children's education is to take them out of the public schools. Yes, If you didn't do it yet, let me encourage you to do so. Christian schools is the best thing you can do for your children. Now, I know it is not free, believe me. I have two kids in a Christian school, and let me tell you, it gets tough sometimes. But you can believe me when I tell you that it is worth it. It is worth it when I know that they won't teach them 'evilution' and that we come from monkeys, making God and the creation look like a joke. It is worth it because I know they will not teach them that being homosexual is totally fine and that having gay parents is normal. I feel safe when I know that they will pray every day many times and read the bible. And will not be denied to pray and read the bible like they do in public schools, making them feel embarrassed if they pray. I feel safe to know that they will read and learn stories from the bible and not satanic books like harry potter or the golden compass, etc. They won't be exposed to profanities and double-meaning expressions, insults or disrespect nor jokes with sexual connotations. Not that some kids in Christian schools don't ever say something like that, but it is rare and very well controlled.
I can be sure that they won't be eating junk food, but healthy. Did you know that some public schools in Chicago do not allow kids to bring their own lunch ? And I'll be happy to know that they are in good hands, with teacher who love Jesus, and love my children as well. I have to admit that I love Seventh day Adventist North Shore Academy ! I could give more reasons why I send my kids to a Christian school, but I have a friend in this field (education) and I'll ask her to write an article about it for me.
I know Christian schools are not perfect, but personally, it is the best sacrifice and decision I can make for my kids.

And that the Holy Spirit will guide you to teach your children the teaching of the word of God. So we can, both parent and child, be ready and prepared to meet our Heavenly Father and go live with Him for all eternity.
